LONDON FASHION WEEK S/S14

(Late I know!)

So for this years London Fashion Week, I was only able to go to the first day due to work commitments. (Give me a minute while I cry a thousand tears!) But I guess I was there in spirit, especially as I was streaming the shows live, so all wasn't lost in the end.
The day I attended was Friday and apart from the horrible weather, my day was amazing just how I expected it to be! Somerset house was oozing style and beauty, I just couldn't take it!
Oh and btw, kind of a pro walking on them cobbles in my heels (not gonna lie)
Well by the end of the day, but still that is still an accomplishment in itself!
Alright, let me stop rambling and actually talk about what I wore...

It took me over 2 whole weeks to finally find these beautiful leather shorts in my size!
I felt like everyone who shopped in Topshop was a size 10. But I found them and they're all  mine Mate! On the way to Somerset House, people on the train thought I was crazy as I had my legs out, but once I got to Temple station... It felt like home.
I understand Fashion doesn't mean showing skin, but when you have these beauts hugging your arse, why not?!
Leather Jacket - H&M | Kimono - Primark | Hat - Topshop | Shorts - Topshop | Heels - Primark |Cami - Topshop | Bag - Zara

I originally teamed my leather shorts with my white cropped cami and kimono. But London decided to express itself and be cold and wet. So I threw my trusty leather over, which in my opinion completed the look.

Last Day In Egypt*

After my eventful week, I was so glad to just have a chilled out day by the pool and beach. Really depresses me that I'm not here anymore!
I woke up really early to watch the sunrise (and get my sun lounger round the pool) only 2 people were out when I finally went in the pool. The word peaceful just doesn't describe the atmosphere... Ahh serenity ! (Perfect word)

Royal was actually a really nice hotel, apart from the bad food and unfriendly Russian holiday makers.

Anyone who wants to go Egypt, just make sure you go Cairo ! Fully worth it.

Day 6 Of Egypt*

This was the day I went to Cairo!!
I cannot put into words how excited I was about seeing the pyramids. Only bad thing, waking up at 4 in the morning to catch our plane... Other than that, well excited!
It was beaming hot, and it didn't help that the majority of my top was black! Whether it was cropped or not.

But the whole experience was amazing! And me being like the worst student, I learnt so much. I never asked soo many questions in my life! Haah
And literally had the best sleep when I got back to our hotel.

Day 5 Of Egypt*

I'd been looking forward to this day probably the most, Quad Biking in the desert!
The freedom to go speeding over the sand dunes was like heaven to me and I would Defo go again! Only bad thing, your leg leans against the engine and can burn you. (Just gotta make sure you don't lean on it too long) Main reason why I kept kicking my legs out like a complete nutcase.

I loved looking like a little Taliban with my scarf and RayBans! Defo worked the sand look I feel.
